I'll keep adding as I find them. Koavf (discuscioin) 02:40, 21 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

Thanks --Samuele2002 (discuscioin) 12:55, 21 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

To be clear, those three pages were not in s:mul:Category:Ligure but they are now. Koavf (discuscioin) 17:54, 21 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi
All done. --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 20:15, 21 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

Seems like the content is there but the cats aren't. Koavf (discuscioin) 06:22, 22 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

Well, you deleted them now. So are they unimportant? --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 01:02, 23 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

Tbh that doesn't look worth importing. One random edit and one by me announcing approval. --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 01:02, 23 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

These are texts in Ligurian hosted in it.wikisource. Thanks --Samuele2002 (discuscioin) 09:12, 22 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

I will leave this to local admins (or at least the local community should ask me to do it). --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 01:02, 23 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

A couple more:

Please ping me when they're done, so I can delte at mul. Koavf (discuscioin) 13:44, 25 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

user:Koavf: Done. By the way, feel free to edit my oldWS userpage to remove pages from there which you already deleted. --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 00:47, 27 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

Deletions

modìfica

Not sure if you're doing admin maintenance work here but if you are, see Speçiale:Cose_appunta_chì/Template:Delete. If not, please hand off to an admin who can delete these. Thanks. Koavf (discuscioin) 06:31, 22 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

I could, but I feel this would be best left to local admins, once they exist. --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 01:03, 23 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

missing things

modìfica

Hi! From a cursory glance I spotted this missing pages:

(Sorry, my fault, since they were not categorized as "ligure".)

Also there seems to be quite a few indexes with no file, even though the file has been moved to Commons and it is there:

also some pages like this one:

the index is there but the page doesn't show up.

I wouldn't know what to do, but i'm sure you do. THanks! G.Musso (discuscioin) 16:12, 23 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

The pages you listed are now imported. For the file problem, I cleared the cache of the pages, now it works (you can do this yourself by adding ?action=purge to the URL when accessing them). --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 01:42, 24 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi
Cool! Thanks! that was a lot of purging... Is there anything I can do to make the "header" look like it used to, like, green and centered? Cheers! G.Musso (discuscioin) 10:13, 24 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi
Some style defined in MediaWiki:Common.css was missing. I have now imported both MediaWiki:Common.css and MediaWiki:Common.js from oldWS, in order to replicate the user experience improvements from there to here. --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 00:59, 27 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

unification

modìfica

Hi MF-Warburg! 7 years ago I saw some ligurian poetry on the italian wikisource (it:Eneide: ricordi di un reduce troiano in dialetto genovese) and I thought that it was great that they allowed ligurian literature on their site, so I started adding more ligurian texts thinking it was the right place to put them in. 4 years (and a few thousand pages) later I noticed the existence of the multilingual wikisource, I found it a more appropriate solution, so I created the "main page/ligure". I linked my previous work to the new site and I kept on transcribing there, planning on doing the "copy and paste" job at a later date, since it would take me weeks if not months to move every single page from a wiki to another, whereas there is so much material still untranscribed.

Now I wonder, may be you have a magic button that will move those ligurian pages from the italian wikisource with a single click.

If you do, that would be great.

As mentioned above by Samuele, these are the pages:

Thanks a lot for everything! G.Musso (discuscioin) 10:35, 26 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi

Yes, I can do that. What about the other pages in it:Categoria:Testi in genovese (which are: it:L'avvocato Patella, it:Ö pappagallo de moneghe, it:Rime diverse in lingua genovese)? Shall I include them as well? --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 00:55, 27 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi
No thanks, those 3 I had already re-transcribed myself. However on Ìndiçe:Rime.diverse.in.lingua.genovese.Bartoli.Pavia.1588.djvu pages 110 and 111 seem to be missing.
Also on pages like this one there used to appear on top a link to the transcluded text looking like a little open book, and now it doesn't anymore.
Also I paste-and-copied the template:table which i used on Poexie do Gioxeppe Peagallo, but I must have done something wrong sinve the table of contents is all messed up now.
Thanks alot for all you're doing! G.Musso (discuscioin)
User:G.Musso: Done, at least partially. There are still the Indices missing and some pages still look funny because there is so much additional technical infrastructure used on those it.ws pages (templates, modules, css) which still needs to be imported as well (which I am trying to complete). It would probably be great if an expert like User:Candalua could have a look at all of this as well. Also, can you see to it that the pages get deleted on it.ws? I am listing them on it:Utente:MF-Warburg for the convenience of the admins. --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 02:24, 30 lùg 2020 (CEST)Rispondi
Great, thanks MF-Warburg! Now, for consistency sake, I'll slowly change the transcluded pages to make them look like the rest. Sorry if I keep asking things, is there a chance to get back the links that used to connect the "Pagina:" pages to the pages they were transcluded to? (The icon looked like a little open book and it used to appear right on top if that "Pagina:" had been transcluded.) Cheers! G.Musso (discuscioin) 16:58, 3 agó 2020 (CEST)Rispondi
User:G.Musso: sorry for the delay in my reply. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do this. It might be best to ask it.wikisource admins. --MF-Warburg (discuscioin) 16:38, 5 agó 2020 (CEST)Rispondi
Somehow they just did. Thanks!G.Musso (discuscioin) 18:47, 6 agó 2020 (CEST)Rispondi
